Isomat is located in Islazului Street at Pantelimon. The project will take place in two distinct phases. ­

Phase I proposes the construction of Building 5 (C5), a ground floor building containing a warehouse for storing the final products and a small office area. Moreover, phase I predicts a link connecting Building 5 (C5) with Building 1 (C1), where production occurs. Therefore, an immediate connection between production and storing the final product is established.

Phase II proposes interventions in the interior of the existing Building 1 (C1) and the adjacent placement of three annexes adjacent to Building 1 (C1), which are necessary for the well-functioning of the whole. The intervention in Building 1 concerns the functional conversion of the space mainly into a production area with some storage space, including a small office area. The three proposed annexes concern one technological tower, a silo installation, and a platform for sand storage.
