A new neighbourhood will be developed in a brownfield land very close to the city centre, delivering the best city life with access to green spaces. Twenty buildings, ranging in height from 8-12 storeys, will shape a network of public spaces anchored by three squares connected with the office development. The largest development underway in Iasi, aims to create a lasting neighbourhood that people will love.

The Masterplan was developed taking into account the client’s brief, basing the solution on the residents and office employees comfort and the standard demands for direct sunlight on apartments. 

The solution is based on the comfort of residents and office employees. To maximise green spaces and eliminate drop-off zones we decided to split the parking buildings, allowing the residents and employees to access it from the building they are living or working in.
